Ordered a sweater for my wife for Christmas ($49.99 + 15 shipping). The item arrived late, several days after Christmas and when she received it the quality was poor. Neck seams were uneven and had a lot of excess material protruding into the neck and out of the top of neck on both sides, it looked ridiculous. I contacted the company via email to get instructions on how to return the item. The canned response was that they offered me $8 and told me to keep the item..?? I replied that this would not work and I wanted to return the item for refund. Second response was if I would take &15 and keep the item...??? Now I was getting irritated and again said I wished to return the item as stated on their website. Third response was that their final offer was $30 and I could keep the item as it would not be worth it to send it back to Dubai...??? I was now super irritated as their website states that items are made and shipped in the US and make no reference to Dubai. I sent them a final note stating that their website is misleading and I felt they should just credit me the 49.99 for the item. Again they said they would pay $30 and at this time finally say I can send it back to Dubai for full refund upon receipt of item. At this point I had lost all faith in the company and just requested the $30 and I would keep this item. Beware!!! I feel the quality of the product was not that of US craftsmanship and I would almost guess these items are being made overseas using child labor. Their website is not correct in where items are shipped from and if you wish for a full refund they will give you the run around and try to buy you out. I have never had this type of experience with any other company that i have done business with online.
